Upon opening, Dennis wrote a letter stating he didnt catch a crease in one of the cards. Added a free car because of it as well as combined shipping & refunding me some money!! Then asked if any others had damage, I pointed out a couple things that weren't super serious, and Dennis then offered to send 2 new ones and wouldn't take no for an answer. 10/10 experience.
