  • A whole new way of looking at how to deal with grief.

We are working our way through the exercises in this book with the guidance of a therapist. She has used it successfully many times with her patients and I can see why. We highly recommend it as it clarifies so many difficult issues in EVERYBODY'S life.

  • Missed the mark

The premise if the approach taken by the authors of the book seems to be that there are unresolved issues between the person dealing with grief and the person who died. In my case that isn't at all the case.

  • Excellent grief support book

I had my own copy that helped me with the loss of my son, Erik at the age of 33. One of his best friends from the Air Force recently lost his wife and mother to his children. I felt it might help him if not now then later as he tries to understand his own grief.

  • Worthwhile

Have not yet finished this book, but so far I would recommend it. It was recommended to me by hospice after the recent passing of husband. At this time of Covid shutdowns, there are no in-person grief support groups.Thanx
