Author:-Grandin, Temple. Title:-Asperger's on the Job: Must-have Advice for People with Asperger's or High Functioning Autism and Their Coworkers, Educators, and. Genre:-Coping with personal problems.
The book is lightweight and easy to read with good size of type but the way too small in general, as there is not so much useful information in terms of the price of the book. I see the lack of more in-depth information with topics being so extremely concentrated and explored sometimes in a few sentences only. Actually it's more about how to help yourself when you are already on job, though it mostly depends on your boss personality and values, not in yourself. Before into buying this book I expected it to provide me with some more helpful hints and advice on how to get on a suitable job when you have for example larger gaps on you cv or problems with your experience or degree and so on, but there is only one little chapter that face similar issues. It's very interesting to read the quotes of other people with ASD as they reveal different experiences and viewpoints about being different in the world ruled by extroverts. Also the resources at the end might be usefull to check up. In general it's quite nice and good book, but the price is still too high in consideration that you get from it.
