The seller made things right by reaching back out to me very fast and swiftly not even 5 minutes after I messaged them and refunded me my money on this purchase. That is amazing customer service and I would highly do business with again in the future. Thank you again for making things right! A+

I could not bring it to life or get it to run at all, even though the battery was showing fully charged. After contacting the seller, they quickly issued me a full refund. On the positive side, it was shipped out quickly and packaged well. And they were quick to communicate. I really wish this transaction had turned out as hoped for.
