Good Way to get Your Omega 3's
My husband is the one who studies all the vitamin articles and reads the ingredients on everything. I can tell you that there is one mail order brand he usually ends up with so if he switched to these for Omega 3's, they either had more in each dose , they had a better form of Omega 3 or both. I a, sorry he did not write the review as he would have had more details to offer but I don't know when I will get hold of him with his work schedule. beyond amazing!
I always knew this brand was probably the best out there, but didn't realize it enough until I ran out and all my joints in my body started aching. I used to take other supplements in the past for arthritis, but nothing compares to Nordic Naturals. I don't bother taking any other supplements along with this anymore. Great product!!!
I have been taking this product for a long time and it is much better than any other. It has helped control my cholesterol and others I have told have had the same results. It has kept me from having to take medication. I have stopped taking and cholesterol went up & started taking again and it went back down. No fishy after taste either.
