From homo erectus to homo sapiens in one generation
An excellent book for all ages written with humour about the changes necessary to become human. The central character - a contemplative homo erectus - leads his family group into humanity. Side splitting dry wit. A classic gem.
One of the funniest things I have read. First recommended by Terry Pratchett (God rest him) on the radio many years ago. Now buying it for a friend who appreciates dry wit and humor.
