Compelling and interesting if you are looking for an alternative approach to doctor prescribed medication.
Good: Specific details to help with diseases and diet. Case studies of successful outcomes. I am currently using some of the recommendations in the book and seeing wonderful results. Chapter on arthritis and case study on knees is one noticeable recommendation that's working. I'm no longer on any type of pain medication (was taking ibuprofen regularly) after 10 weeks of giving up dairy products. My pain in the knees without Motrin is now at 0-1 in the right and 1-3 in the left knee. It was more than that when taking Motrin. So far nothing bad about the book. Lack in taste
