A pretty common scam, that most people in the Warhammer hobby are familiar with. Would avoid. Classic scammer/scalper behaviour. After contacting them, they did not operate in good faith and suggested the mistake was my own or happened during shipping. The seller was not responsive during discussions via chat. If the sprues were replaced during shipping, they made no effort to rectify the issue or help. Some of them have paint sprayed on them. We don’t stock any other brands of model kits & everything we sell is new. There’s no possible way we shipped you those garbage sprues

Seller finally refunded the payment. Not the worst experience I've had, but would've been nice to actually receive the item, or get the refund when I asked for it.
