Poorly written
I suspect Rick Riordian hired a ghost writer or two for this series. Granted these are stories for children but they are so poorly conceived and completely unbelievable that I could not finish the series and gave up halfway through the second novel. The condition was to be expected and would have been fine if it was the cover that was shown. I know it’s the little things but I am trying to organize a collection and the cover I received was not up to par.
