They had no tech info but offered immediate full refund w/free return, or credit. I finally figured out problem, just took a little extra pressure to get cartridge in place. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PEN!!! It really writes very smooth and takes no effort. The carpel tunnel problem in my hand has gotten much better since using this pen👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
