The books were poorly done copies, shipped from India in a few layers of thin plastic, so they also arrived damaged. When I asked for a return, the seller said they couldn't provide a return label and that I would have to arrange myself. Over the last few weeks I've exchanged countless messages and eventually eBay had to step in to issue my refund. Their tactic is to make it as difficult as possible to get your refund in the hope that you give up.
