Slapstick humor with very good stars in the movie.
Typical Steve Martin movie, bordering on stupid, but if you like Steve Martin, it is entertaining.

Steve Martin's funniest movie
I think this is his best. I particularly like the Austrian police and their roadside test for drunk drivers.
