They gave me a free return shipping label and no hassle refund once they received the item and inspected that it was in the same condition as that they sent it, which was brand new in the box sealed they offered me a good deal on it. This is a good company. I will do business with with them in the future thank you sonic electronix. I recommend this seller!

It was a heavy item and arrived a little damaged. After letting the seller know they were accommodating and gave me a couple options. Seller is responsive. A++ experience would use them again and have already. Also, they sell their products at a reasonable price.
