Gave seller benefit of the doubt in hopes to do business again. We both compromised to split the loss. Accountability is everything and they made good resolving the issue in a fair manner. It was packaged well and shipped quickly. Value and description-not so much due to the fact that the product was ruined unbeknownst to the seller. Recommended seller!

Seller responded to a question promptly. Item shipped quickly. Got same item shipped from another seller for $7.99 vs $11.40. Asked seller if he had pants in better condition amongst his listings, he said couldn't tell, they're already packed to ship.
