Sadly the item was damaged in transit and the seller was very understanding. He did offer me a partial refund but due to my particularity I sadly had to insist on a return and refund. Seller remained professional, empathetic and understanding during the entire ordeal. I think this feedback is important because it highlights how a seller deals with a £1750 booster box being damaged in transit.
