An independent repair shop fixed the actual problem, which had nothing to do with the battery or charger. While the seller refunded the item cost after I provided the repair receipt, they did not reimburse my original shipping costs and only covered half of the return shipping. A good review is earned from service/quality, not because good feedback was left for me. This policy has been in place for 2 months prior to buyer's purchase, and was made to reduce mail theft of outgoing mail, by bringing all shipments in person to post office and to reduce trips to post office. We offer 2 day shipment to those who purchase a membership. Customer was rude, opened dispute 5 hours before item showed delivered, made personal attacks, and rude.
