And it wasn’t until I reached out that I got a response. After looking at their feedback, specifically they’re negative feedback, I found that everybody had a similar complaint. I probably won’t be shopping with them again, but buyer beware, expect a long and unnecessary wait…

All my comics arrived as described and in good time. Different sized books were separated in their own cardboard sandwich so nothing rattled around, these were also wrapped in an outer plastic bag and taped shut. Everything was then packed in a form fitting sturdy box. I wish all comic sellers took the care this seller takes in packaging everything!
