In the end, there was nothing that could be done and they issued me a full refund. So, error aside, fantastic communication and customer service. I offered immediate after-sales support but asked them to check the contents first. It turned out to be the correct item, and they confirmed they would keep it. Still, the negative feedback remained. When I requested a review update, the buyer warned me not to send further messages, threatening to report me to eBay. Sellers, please be cautious of such unreasonable situations.
