It didn't list them as part of the order but it also did not mention that they were not included! I didn't READ so I was slightly disappointed! The costume itself is light weight and like what you would buy for a one time Halloween outing! It wasn't expensive so it is OK! I had to settle for ankle sandals (purchased seperately)! Shipping fast! Overall good!

I contacted the seller and they explained that there was a problem with the item description. It was intended to offer the skirt only. They sincerely apologized for the mistake offering me a full refund and I was given the skirt at no cost. Although I would have loved having the shirt as well, I feel that their exceptional customer service was fair and just.
