The only thing I’d have to criticise is choosing FedEx as shipping service because of delivering the package open to grab to my Mailbox instead of using my shipping safe (but of course the seller cannot influence that himself).

Communications were smooth aside from the occasional language barrier. Packaging was excellent with no sign of visible damage. My main issue in the process was the delayed shipping. I believe it was due to the complications of shipping with my Bachi ordered separately. We had two delivery dates but both only arrived on the later date and wasn't explained to well. Will be conducting future business!
