    This item was received (finally) in good condition. The item, however, was poorly packaged and sent by the cheapest means possible. I ordered this booklet on July 22, and just received it today, 23 days later. When questioned about postal tracking, the seller offered me nothing but insults about where I lived as well as some personal attacks. In spite of his actions and remarks, I'll take the high road and leave this seller positive feedback.

    Shipping was quick (within a week) and the item does look as described and pictured. And it was a great price and free shipping so no complaints for that. However, the seller did package my item in a big paper envelope thing and it arrived sort of ripped and taped together so I’m not sure how or where that happened (as in if the seller or shipper did it). But overall positive.

    Great content and easy read.

    Bill Hybels is a great story teller. He makes his content extremely readable and enjoyable; plus the content of the step by step approach to evangelizing is super helpful. It's one of the best books on the topics. I highly recommend it.

    Glad I got the book! Every believer should read it and allow the spirit to guide them.

    Excellent book! Very inspiring. Written in such a way that you understand it is not a formula but a genuine relationship to share and gives you confidence to walk out in your own life what you are reading in this book.
