just what I needed
From the most uncoordinated man on the planet, this fit the bill perfectly. Not complicated and easy to follow. I don't have a lot of room and previous comments referenced that you don't need a lot. Good step aerobic dvd- not hard but good workout
Wasn’t familiar with Gilad but was very impressed with his moves. A good workout without being overly conplex. I haven’t stepped in a few years but am trying to get in better shape. Great Video
I remember watching GJ’s shows on ESPN and these videos are definitely what I need. He and his fitness partners are concerned with total fitness, healthy eating, lifestyle, and are very talented athletes. This video is not only for show but it coaches you into a healthy lifestyle. Eighties Step Aerobics
This is straight out of the 80's, but I am from that era and can relate, and I need the exercise. Instead of doing exercise for the "seniors" I'd rather ramp it up a bit and do aerobics a little bit more challenging and this was challenging back then, and for an older person it is certainly challenging now.
