    Great transaction, exactly as described, packed well, and promptly shipped on August 6th. Unfortunately the U.S. Postal Service took 23 calendar days to deliver the book. It was shipped from Pennsylvania, to Atlanta, past Alabama to Texas, enjoyed several days in Texas, then to Minneapolis, Jacksonville, Florida, back to Atlanta, finally to Birmingham, and Huntsville. The seller was very responsive and I decided it was interesting to see if/how the book would arrive. Thanks, Joe

    Get this book for yourselves and then others.

    I have had my copy of this book for several years and have purchased it for others. This one went to my cousin who is very involved with her gardens and she told me that she "loves this book!". It is a used book but in very good condition and she would recommend it for others. Esther Plyter

    a good addition to my gardening library

    this book is helpful for identifying perennials--the color photo section is organized by color of the flower which is helpful; the index is organized alphabetically by genus which I find not so helpful. the floor plates are beautiful and direct you to another section of the book that explains how to grow and care for the plant.
