The bag was 100% VINYL. His pictures show a dark brown & cream colored item. I received a 3-colored item (med brown, white, & pink/purple). The listing photos were altered. After return, the seller contacted eBay to claim I destroyed the item and he can't resell, which is a 100% fabrication. We accepted the return as ebay advised and the buyer packed it in such a way that it arrived crushed and damaged to the point that it can no longer be sold. It is possible the item was damaged during shipping although the buyer did not report any such issue. It is also possible that the item was damaged buy the buyer who may have dropped it? We were not there so it is hard to say.We decided to give the buyer the benefit of the doubt and offered 3 fair solutions.
