There was a broken piece on the base but very fixeable and it was in the back, pretty sure this wasn't the seller's fault but Good Smile's. The shipping took a little bit but they communicated it so it's totally fine. I'm happy with my purchase :)

My only issue was how long it took for the seller to ship the item. It took them 7 days for the date of payment until they created a shipping label. A bit longer than I would have liked, but still within eBay’s expected shipping date.

Despite this, the figure looked brand new, exactly as it did in the picture. Every piece was accounted for. The seller sent notifications to make sure I was aware of the processing time, and even made sure to put a lot of bubble wrap with the figure to protect it. I would like to thank the seller by saying you're exceptional! I will certainly be purchasing from you again in the future.

I reached out to the seller and they went out of there way to track down the cup and send it out to me without charging extra. They've also since updated the listing to be more accurate. They were VERY polite and professional and kept me up to date along the whole process! 10/10 would shop again!
