They sent it from Indiana to Texas back to Northern Indiana then down to southern Indiana. It was ridiculous, but the seller was extremely patient with me and with the Postal Service.

Problem was resolved and second item received 2 days later. The only thing I would say seller could improve on is the response time to when a customer files a complaint or inquiry about an item shipper. It takes 24-48 hrs for them to respond to your email. But once they responded, the issue was resolved very quickly.
