    Learn the why of successful baking

    Reading and understanding the recipes in this cookbook will make for a more confident baker, able to make smart substitutions and tweak other recipes to suit your own taste/dietary needs. This one is a fun read that will change no you bake for yourself, your family and others.

    Tremendous addition to my cookbook library.

    Five star is a baseline standard for Cook's Illustrated, America's Test Kitchen and Cook's County publications. While I find some repetition from Baking Illustrated, the content is based on offering the clearest instructions and how to illustrations that confirm an experienced cook's work but help the beginner.
