A countersunk screw needed a little more depth in the part it goes into as it stuck out too far once tightened and would have damaged the desk. Good value though, hidden out of sight so the marks are not seen. However it was described as new.

It was cheaper than any other seller I could find and looks great. The step ladder was sent out very promptly but there was a problem with the courier and when I messaged the seller they got back to me really quickly (on a Sunday) and sorted everything out quickly and without me having to chase it at all. I would definitely recommend buying from this seller! They were great!
