Best suited for regular width tape measure
I bought this holder for my 5m DeWalt tape measure, as I liked the idea of the holder having a front slot for quick access measuring whilst still on the hip. In practice, the hook on my tape is too wide to go through the slot so you have to remove the whole tape measure at all times, which is also quite a tight fit for the sturdier wide style tape measure. This holder would best suit a slim to normal width tape measure body with a regular sized end hook, not the wide 'Fatmax' type measure with a wide end hook. It is very sturdy, however and well made. Great quality and does the job

Dewalt quality!
