Other than this I got everything to get it going. The guy is looking into getting me a screw and washer to hold the clips on. I checked and rechecked the box and wrapping to make sure I could not find the screw. I don't have a screw to put in here to hold the belt clip or the other closers clip. It was very close to being junk when delivered, due to inadequate packaging. 100% of the lightweight pillows were popped. Because only two heavyweight pillows were holding it, one corner of the TM504 wore thru the cardboard shipping box in two places. The two tall knobs on the LA501W were getting wear on them too,, so near being damaged! I messaged the seller, seller has ignored me.
