FedEx box was a bit mangled when I got it, not enough to affect package inside though thankfully. Box's complete & some items are even still sealed which is great. Outside of Box was a bit more scuffed up than I'd of liked & more than pictures led on but, no major damage at least. Better pictures of what I can expect would be better but, still over all fine with purchase & will consider seller again.

Not to mention the shipping time was AMAZING. It left the 4th of March and got here BEFORE the estimated date. A week before it even if you want to be exact. The seller also messaged me when my order was in and being prepared. Great seller, would reccomend! (Copied and pasted from my Leona purchase).

I have never experienced this before. Fortunately the figure itself was in good condition and was protected from the water with a layer of bubble wrap. The seller listened to my concerns and quickky gave me a partial refund for the damages. I am very happy with their communication and the price was reasonable for aftermarket.
