    Great transaction, exactly as described, packed well, and promptly shipped on August 6th. Unfortunately the U.S. Postal Service took 23 calendar days to deliver the book. It was shipped from Pennsylvania, to Atlanta, past Alabama to Texas, enjoyed several days in Texas, then to Minneapolis, Jacksonville, Florida, back to Atlanta, finally to Birmingham, and Huntsville.     Fills a niche and worth it

    The copy I got was a little beat up, and it's an older edition. That is important because he has appendices with the dates of solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, etc. You'll want a newer copy for that. But the content of the book itself is marvelous. And I like the size (it's small). And the rugged construction.

    Excellent field guide.

    Excellent book for the price. I cannot be happier with this concise volume of the nighttime constellations the book contains. Very happy with my purchase and eagerly await the right times to explore the night sky.
