Average at best
I bought this to replace another Klipsch reference series speaker which oddly is labeled the R-52C II yet they appear to be completely unrelated to each other. My old one was twice the size, ported in the rear and far better quality construction. I mistakenly thought this would be basically the same speaker. I was wrong. It is very shrill, lacks in bass almost completely. Only real positive, voice is clear but lacks any depth. I cannot recommend this particular Klipsch model though I do highly recommend the brand overall.

Great bang for the buck
I wasn't expecting great quality out of this center speaker from what I saw in the reviews on other websites. I'm hard of hearing in the higher tones and I have had Bose and Sony center speakers and had to jack up the sound and still couldn't hear the dialog clearly. But as soon as I installed this what a world of difference, I had to go into settings and lower the dB settings because it was drowning out my front speakers. For what is called a low-end speaker it sounds great.

Great upgrade, excellent sound
The Klipsch R52C is a great upgrade to my older Yamaha center channel. The vocals are very clear, and the center channel pairs well with my Klipsch R51 front speakers and Polk PSW505 Sub. I am very pleased with the sound and depth of the music!

For the name i expected more
It simply doesn't equal the acoustech system I have driven by a marantz. The speaker distorts and the design is just not impressive, its small.

Best in year's.
I set this speaker up with my old (1995) Klipsch KG5.5 towers and my Infinity studio monitor rears. My inexpensive Klipsch center channel speaker never really delivered that individual voice and midrange that I'm enjoying now.
