Much better than the flimsy "exercise book covers". Any excess length can be tucked into the strips inside the rear book cover, or trimmed if necessary. Good wide range of sizes - choose the smallest whose height is at least the height of the book plus about 1mm. The size quoted does not include the width of the seam, so you don't have to allow for this. Good product, good seller!
