It is an attractive traditional style lantern that looks just right in the garden. A perfect transaction, service and communication both excellent. Just one word of warning, when I looked out to admire it in the dark, the lantern had travelled half way across the lawn in the wind! Quite light, so best to anchor it down in some way or you could easily add weights to the base. Recommended.

Seller told me to send it back and they would issue refund ,no messing about. Once returned I got a refund very quickly and then ordered a small size which fit great. It was a demo model which was £25 cheaper than buying one at full price, which was great because the demo model was totally unmarked as was the box that it came in ! All in all great seller.

Evri as always were absolutely useless and uncooperative but the seller on the other hand was extremely helpful and dealt with the issue almost immediately by offering to dispatch another lot (with a different courier) or issuing a refund, I accepted the refund and they issued it with no problems. Seller 10/10, Evri minus 10000.
