Great way to install OS when no backup svable

Great item that works right away
This drive was surprisingly easy to use. I was debating whether the use of it was going to be difficult being an Apple HDD with Apple firmware in it's circuitry, but then can confirm that the SATA standard is implemented the same way on the device regardless of what computer architecture is using the device. Failing Hard Drive

Great for old laptop
