I contacted the seller to resolve the matter, they agreed to issue a refund for the missing piece. After a needless delay an amount was credited to my PayPal account that bears no relation to the actual price, and no explanation given on how it was calculated. Seller seems very aggressive in other feedback and eBay no help at all.
