I watched on youtube on how to fix this and it required taking the camera completely apart just to get to the tape tray and I said no way. Thankfully I was able to find this vendor who was able to fix the tape issue for a very reasonable cost. I have a another one of these that is having issues, so will send it him. Definitely, will do business again.

Did an EXCELLENT job and very fast return and I thank him for allowing me to have the EXACT shipping Insurance I wanted on my camera shipping from him back to me. I would use him again for any other camcorder repairs. Great price! Thank You!!!

However, the seller offered to not only exchange it but if I sent it to him, he’d make sure everything worked correctly and ship it back. Very communicative. I’m leaving positive feedback taking into consideration that he’ll send it back as he said. I realize I may not get the camera back but this sellers seems very honest, I’d buy from him again, once my camera comes back. However, the communication from the seller was poor and it took a week for the shipping label to even be created, and another week for the item to be shipped. In both instances, I reached out to check in on the process and it was only after my message that it seemed to progress at all. I wish the seller had been more communicative about the delay, but in the end I am happy with my purchase.
