However, the phone holder is utter rubbish, it VERY loosely connects to the handlebar clamp and the slightest bump makes the phone case fall off. I will not be using it and it's going in the bin

We received an email describing how to fit it and hey presto all OK. The case is not the exact size for my phone though with the foam pieces provide it fits. The screen cover is touch sensitive.
