Normally, the outer box contains 10 smaller boxes which contain 6 packets each. The seller used the stock photo, and I do not blame the seller for using it. Although the extra shipping time could have been avoided if it were shipped out sooner as I ordered it on 10/07 and I have just received it today (10/18).

This was a clear bait and switch with the buyer drop shipping from Amazon. He did offer to refund, but for the price I didn't want to risk returning it and not getting my money back. Go straight to Amazon and get it for cheaper. I didn't do my homework and paid for it.
