There are 6 different tones to choose from with specific comments per tone. I so hope the vendor gets some compensation, as really they have lost out. The vendor asked me if I didn't mind changing my comment to positive- and truly yes, I don't mind at all, the vendor being really very trustworthy, professional, courtous, prompt and so sympathetic.
