I contacted seller and they were very quick in their response time and after some troubleshooting, gave me a full refund. Excellent price for the item but unfortunately, not working. Great seller and would recommend and buy from again.

When I asked about the shipping issues I got prompt 24hr responses, despite a significant time zone difference. I would recommend this seller.
