    Seller FALSELY listed item as “New in Box”—it arrived USED, MISSING parts, and INCLUDED RUSTY NAILS. When confronted, he promised a full refund, then VANISHED. Days later, he insulted me with a $40 credit on a $112 order. This was a bait-and-switch SCAM, plain and simple. The listing was FRAUDULENT, the product was JUNK, and the seller’s behavior was DISHONEST and MANIPULATIVE. Buyer beware: this seller cannot be trusted. AVOID at all COSTS!

    The item was listed as new in box, it was actually used in an open box and arrived with connection screws and pieces missing along with the edge having been sawed. Seller offered a refund that day, and that was the only communication I received from them despite sending several questions. Seller waited until the last day to send return authorization. I returned the pieces. Seller waited until the last day to issue refund. Very poor customer service! The entire process took 1 month. Beware!

    Very disappointed with Bessey

    The quality of this clamp is very poor. The peened screw schaft securing the pressure plate was inadequately flattened and therefore set above the plane of the plate. This will dent the wood. Additionally, flashing from the injection molding process was left on the clamping fixtures facing. This was sharp and substantial enough to damage the cabinet. A set of thin felt pads are included to put on the clamp faces. I'm glad they do not come pre-installed, otherwise I would never have realized I needed to peen and file the clamp before use. For the price, I would expect far better from Bessey. I would suggest purchasing the Pony brand instead.

    Great idea, not practical.

    Purchased these clamps thinking they would be an awesome addition of helpful tools. I was not impressed. They do not "automatically" align cabinet faces as you would think per their design. I ended up going back to using 6" bar clamps to get a nice tight flush joint between cabinets.

    Bessey cabinet clamps.

    My last set walked off the job site without me. If you install cabinets for a living or just the DIY'ER who is going to do the job, these are a must have. Solid, well constructed and no bulky clamps. A real time saver.

    I expect more from Chinese manufacturer's these days...

    As professional kitchen installer I love the time this has saved us. Unfortunately , as is, it mars the face of the cabinets. We had to duct tape a thin piece of pine ( 1/4" thick by 3" x 2") onto the face of the clamp so it does not telegraph the clamp turnbuckle onto the face frame...Didn't the designers ever try this?...

    Clamps good leaves mark

    This clamp leaves an indention on the face frame even with the padding applied the protection felt needs to made of another product you need to put a piece of wood or card board to protect the face frame Not well designed from that stand point
