    Outstanding customer service. Firstly I couldn't be happier with the laptop, if possible even better than described, and at a fantastic price. Secondly there was an issue with the power supply, so I emailed the-vaio-guy and he immediately sent a replacement, no mess, no fuss he simply sent me replacement. Also the laptop came very well packaged/protected via royal before 1pm special delivery. Absolutely first class service, I can highly recommend the-vaio-guy. :)

    Device is in good nick. Not an official stylus (bit chewed as well) and the sound bar is a bit stiff to move; otherwise happy with this purchase.

    It was almost perfect, came really quickly and was almost full battery! The bad things were it didn’t come with a charger or stylus but apart from that it was great

    Such a throwback and for the money you can’t go wrong with this little handheld, perfect device to play all your fav games if your bored or for your kids (I vote you have it for yourself)

    Absolutely awesome

    Great device, my younger kids had this and also the dsi but while abroad they bought R4’s but they only work on the ds lite. My 4 year old had came across the games and had only the dsi, and he’s absolutely over the moon with it. He doesn’t even notice the little line across the screen. I’m very happy thanks
