    ETB came wrap in cardboard and a simple plastic shipping bag offering no protection. After inspecting the ETB I noticed several tears in the plastic that were not mentioned nor pictured in the original listing. After reaching out to seller about this and to see if I could exchange for a non damaged one I was told the ETB was in perfect condition when shipped. If you're a sealed collector do not buy from this seller as they obviously don't care about the product once someone buys it

    Not Crazy Slippery

    Everyone talks about how slippery this mat is. It’s got some slip to it that I’m sure will wear down as advertised, but mostly I feel this mat is making me more aware of proper weight distribution in poses. I don’t do hot yoga and, in fact, I’m not particularly good at yoga at all. But I’ve been practicing for a year now and after using this mat for the last week I don’t want to use any other. For anyone contemplating, “how can it be much different than my 6mm $25 Gaiam mat;” it is. It’s completely different. It’s heavy, so I don’t want to lug it anywhere but my basement. It’s not break your back heavy, but it’s noticeably heavier if you roll your Manduka up and immediately roll another mat. It’s pricey, but so is a Cadillac. The $25 Gaiam 6mm is fine.     Great Mat, not really (see update)

    Delivery was ahead of schedule and in perfect condition. Excellent mat. Sticky enough for good workout. My only complaint is that it is a little long, but if it becomes a problem, a box cutter will shorten it up. So far, I'll leave it as is. Update 3/26/20: Spoke too soon about stickiness. This mat is slick as ice, dangerously so, as soon as the hands or feet get moist. I have washed the mat repeatedly with salt, Dawn, and Simple Green to remove the mold release agent. Also used a scrub pad with an abrasive surface when using the previously mentioned agents. I am not a sweaty person, but some moisture on hands or feet is enough to start sliding in downward dog. Also, a wide straddle can result in feet sliding out if not careful. I now have to use a towel to avoid injury. I cannot ...
