I contacted Tim who refunded me the cost of the fire truck and 50% off a future purchase I decided to keep the misplaced item as I have never made it. Tim contacted me several times after apologising sincerely. I have bought quite a lot of poly bags from his site on eBay and I will continue to do so as he provides an excellent prompt service
