This was an ideal purchase for me. A great value. The first time I’d ever done a local pickup. So, shipping was incredibly fast. I was able to pick up within an hour of purchase because I happened to be in that area. The Seller is a charity with a local office. They were extremely responsive and helpful. When I picked up everyone was so friendly and helpful. The epitome of an ideal transaction.

The packaging was amazing; my sax was wrapped in bubble wrap within its case and the case was wrapped with bubble wrap then covered with soft cloth for padding before being placed in a tightly tapped box. My sax arrived very fast — within four days. When I had a question about the product, they responded within minutes. For a gently used sax, I’ll say the price was great (since I had to bid for it). Shipping and tax did raise the price which was fine.
