Product Information

This Infinity Ward follow-up to 2003's critically acclaimed Call of Duty pushes farther across the European Theatre of World War II, with missions spanning the desert fighting in North Africa to the tank assaults on the Russian front. Unlike the Big Red One version of Call of Duty 2, produced for the elder generation of consoles, the Xbox 360 edition of the WWII-themed shooter sequel is based on the PC version of the game. This version boasts graphical enhancements and significant improvements to artificial intelligence. Computer-controlled teammates act and react individually, and the game's contextual "battle chatter" system lets players know exactly what's on their minds. Enemy squads are likely to have learned a few new tricks as well. The game's single-player campaign is designed to allow individual players to progress through the missions in the order they prefer. As with many other Xbox 360 launch titles, Xbox Live-supported multiplayer modes are also prominently featured.

    Seller sent me the wrong item & refused to make it right by sending me the correct standard release that I ordered. I already own a copy of the GOY edition as I showed the seller in the attached picture. The seller kept giving excuses & refused to admit the mistake. Seller doesn't understand that there are 2 versions of the same game that each have their own respective gamerscore of 1000 points. He believes because they have the same achievement list they're the same version. Wrong item was sent

    Buyer in fact received the correct version of the game and what he purchased. He is looking for something specific which was not mentioned to me prior and would have been accommodated for if mentioned earlier. Buyer was extremely rude, and constantly changing the reason for why he wants to return it. After proving the games are 100% the same with various links to back my claim up, the buyer was still unsatisfied. Me providing facts is not the same as me giving excuses. I shipped the correct game

    Classic Call of Duty

    This is the origin of Call of Duty's gaming dominance which built the framework that all future titles would use for their story modes. Obviously, this game's online mode has been long forgotten but if you want to experience a Call of Duty game where the campaign mode still actually matters then look no further. Fantastic sound effects and polished graphics result in spectacular gameplay. The respect for past military service is on full display by developer Infinity Ward. The wide array of classic firearms and military tactics is impressive. This is a must play for any shooter fan and is hands down the best WWII shooter for the last generation of consoles.

    Classic experience... always

    I went almost 10 year without playing this game. After revisiting many games from the mid 2000s, I expected this game to be stale with out-of-date flow and feel. I was pleasantly surprised. This game has aged better than most. Now I'm just working to get all the achievements. 10/10

    Too cheap to complain

    You should have cleaned out the game case. Did you have rats or something bunch of chewed paper in the case, disinfectant on the game and threw out the case. It came and it works.

    Good game for me

    I have had a 360 Xbox for years. Never used it much. Used it mostly for exercise. First game I have bought. This is a great game and it helps you to use all the controls. A bargain for me.
