With exchange rate changes, it cost a bit more than estimated, which only became clear at checkout with no obvious way to decline. That’s an eBay issue. Also discovered that UK charges VAT on 2nd hand goods, so ended up costing a good deal more than I had hoped, but that was my ignorance. These issues are not down to the seller, who has been excellent.
