    A wonderful compendium of recipes for just about anyone to enjoy!

    I was amazed with the number of recipes that were in the cookbook. Also the added explanations in regard to many of the recipes was very useful and interesting. The photos were great too. I think I was almost overwhelmed with the amount of information and the amount of research that was done on the recipes that were included. I have not had very many cookbooks that have impressed me quite as much as this one!

    5 Star cookbook !

    Great PBS cooking show with great recipes ! And this cookbook has all the "best" ones and how to make them come out great. The indexes are helpful in finding the type recipe you are looking for. 5 stars

    Great Value, I love it.

    I watch and tape every episode of America's Test Kitchen. I love their ideas and recipes. But it is a challenge to go back and find a specific recipe. This book has it. I've already made several items - more than most books I've had for years.

    Somewhat dissappointed

    I did not like that in many cases more than 1 recipe was on some pages. I purchased as a gift and felt it was below Test Kitchen standards. American Test Kitchen "Cook's Country from ALL 8 Seasons was the best.
